Assistant Superintendent's Objective Performance Standards for 2025-2026 are as follows:
- Lead and facilitate the development and successful submission of both the Induction Plan and the Professional Learning Plan as part of the district’s Pennsylvania Comprehensive Planning Process.
- Mentor and coach new and veteran administrators in instructional leadership, high expectations, and effective systems by planning and implementing professional learning around our areas of focus to include Clarity & Engagement.
