September 16, 2025
Informational Session w/ Q&A Hosted by RLPS – Tuesday, September 16, from 6–8 PM, including an opportunity for public comment specifically regarding the secondary school complex project. Please note: a previous handout incorrectly listed the date as September 19; the correct date is September 16.
September 9, 2025
During the regularly scheduled board meeting on September 9, 2025, the Elizabethtown Area School District Board of School Directors received an update from RLPS Architects on the status of the feasibility study.
August 19, 2025
The Elizabethtown Area School District invited community members to participate in guided tours of the middle and high school buildings on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. These tours offered an important opportunity for residents - whether or not they have children currently enrolled in the District - to explore key areas of the secondary school complex that are in need of renovation and repair.

RLPS Architects held a public Town Hall meeting on May 19, 2025, in the Elizabethtown Area Middle School auditorium. The meeting was open to the entire community.

May 13, 2025
During the regularly scheduled board meeting on May 13, 2025, the Elizabethtown Area School District Board of School Directors received an update from RLPS Architects on the status of the feasibility study.
March 25, 2025
During the regularly scheduled board meeting on March 25, 2025, the Elizabethtown Area School District Board of School Directors approved a request from RLPS Architects to add a student count survey to their Feasibility Study at a cost of $5,000.

During the regularly scheduled board meeting on September 10, 2024, representatives from Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates, the District’s architectural firm, presented their findings from a nearly year-long feasibility study.
September 26, 2023
During the regularly scheduled board meeting on September 26, 2023, the Board of School Directors authorized Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates to complete a Feasibility study of all District facilities. This study will become part of the District's 5-year plan. There is no charge for this study.
