Bainbridge Elementary School embraced the joy of the season by hosting a Day of Play for students on Thursday, December 19, as they headed into the winter recess. The event featured a variety of interactive and engaging stations, allowing students to grow friendships, express creativity, and enhance their social skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Throughout the day, students had a chance to self-direct through a variety of stations designed to inspire collaboration, imaginative play, and physical activity. The Day of Play highlighted the school’s dedication to cultivating a positive culture of belonging and community.
Day of Play was a perfect way to send students into the winter break with smiles, laughter, and lasting memories. Activities included arts and crafts, board games, an imagination playground, building stations, and reading and coloring.
Bainbridge Elementary School extends its sincere gratitude to the many parent volunteers who played an integral role in organizing and overseeing the stations. Their enthusiasm and support were key to the event’s success.
