Students across the Elizabethtown Area School District returned to the classroom today for the start of the 2025-2026 school year. This year’s enrollment includes 2,064 students in grades 6–12 and 1,406 students in grades K–5.
EASD continues to prepare students for the future through its Life Ready Model, which provides a comprehensive K–12 curriculum and personalized learning experiences. The district also emphasizes a Culture of Belonging, encouraging students to build relationships, make responsible decisions, and learn in a supportive environment. In addition, Student Supports help address barriers such as food insecurity, housing instability, or mental health challenges, while also promoting resilience. By focusing on both support and skill-building, EASD aims to create a safe environment where all students can reach their full potential.
Partnerships with parents and the community play an important role in supporting students. Initiatives such as Parents as Partners and Community as Partners, along with the efforts of the PTOs, Music Booster Club, and Big E Booster Club, help provide opportunities for student-athletes, musicians, and performers.
Schedules for athletic events, performances, and other activities can be found on the district website through the online calendar. Families are also encouraged to visit the Back-to-School Center for helpful resources to begin the year.
