Elizabethtown Area High School proudly concludes Instant Decision Week 2024, held from September 30 to October 4, an event designed to streamline the college application process by offering seniors the chance to meet with college representatives and receive on-the-spot admission decisions. This exciting event also featured informative sessions with military representatives for those interested in exploring alternative career paths.

During Instant Decision Week 2024, Elizabethtown Area High School hosted representatives from twenty-one colleges and two military branches, providing our students with a comprehensive insight into their future educational and career options. The event garnered immense interest and participation from both students and academic institutions.

Key highlights of Instant Decision Week 2024 include:

• Overwhelming Student Engagement: Elizabethtown Area High School seniors actively participated in the event, scheduling 126 appointments with the attending colleges and military branches. This high level of student engagement is a testament to the value of this event in simplifying the college application process.
• Impressive Acceptance Rate: We are thrilled to report an outstanding acceptance rate of ninety-eight percent among our students. This achievement reflects our students' dedication and hard work, as well as the support and guidance provided by our school's staff and the participating colleges and military branches.
• A Rare Honor for Elizabethtown Area High School: As a point of pride for our school and community, Elizabethtown Area High School is proud to be one of the very few high schools in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to host an event of this nature.
